What event production asks.

How much space for 200+ people?

A hall of at least 200 m² with round or banquet tables for teams of 5. We need a projector, screen or white wall, sound (venue PA works) and outlets.

How long to set up and strike?

30 minutes set-up before briefing, 20 minutes strike at end. We coordinate with the venue's ops team.

Does it fit between cocktail and gala dinner?

One of our most common slots. The 66-minute session fits between welcome cocktails and dinner.

Do you work with our agency or venue?

Yes. We coordinate with your event agency, DMC, OPC or hotel/venue team. Single point of contact from brief to wrap.

Minimum technical requirements?

Projector or screen, white wall or backdrop if no projector, sound (hall PA works), 4-6 outlets and tables. Nothing else. No rigging or heavy scenography.

Lead time for a 300+ convention?

We recommend 2-3 months ahead to secure full cast availability. Operational minimum: 4-6 weeks.

Can you operate outside the Madrid Region?

Within Madrid Region: standard rate (M40 +€40). Rest of Spain: specific quote with travel and per-diems for the cast. International: on request.
