How we work

Every brief is read by a real person on the team. We reply with a custom proposal and, if you'd rather, we set up a quick call or meeting so you can tell us more about your event. No chatbots, no call-centre, no escalations.
2 · We send the proposal
With game dossier, group-size options and closed price ex. VAT. Real availability checked with the cast before sending. If you want to discuss it on a call or meeting, we coordinate.
3 · We close together
You accept the proposal, we adjust details if needed and reserve the date after a first deposit by bank transfer. Balance paid in a second transfer days before the event (100 % upfront).
4 · We arrive and set up
On the day we arrive 30 min early with all props, cast and the game app. You only need to tell the team it's about to start.
