No surcharge. No room cost, no travel. Custom platform + Zoom or Teams. Up to 300 simultaneous participants.
Event venue · no extra cost
Office, hotel, restaurant with private room, HQ, country estate or events space. We also have our own venue in Madrid if you prefer.
Payment · 100 % upfront
Deposit by bank transfer on booking and balance days before the event, also by transfer. No payment gateway on the website. We accept invoicing to agencies in partner mode.
VAT
All displayed prices are ex. VAT. We apply Spanish VAT (21 %) on invoice with itemised breakdown.
